If you need to speak to somebody, you can call us on 0800 61 272 61 or on 01628 639941. We're generally here from 9-ish to 5.30-ish, Monday to Friday. We're closed at weekends.

That's also the address you need to use when sending lenses back to us. It's our local courier office, and they bring our piles of incoming lenses round to us once or twice a day.
If you want to return a lens in person, rather than by post, you can drop it in at JCA at the above address. Please note they are open from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Here is a map to help you find the office.
If you need to return a lens on a Saturday, when JCA is closed, you can drop it off at the Mailboxes Etc shop at 5 High Street, Maidenhead SL6 1JN. They're open from 09:00-12:00 on Saturdays. Here is a map to help you find the shop and navigate Maidenhead's one-way system.
Please note, however, that whilst you are welcome to collect lenses in person, it is not from the above address. That's just the courier office for incoming post and lenses. We don't advertise the location of our office, for security reasons. But if you want to collect a lens we're always happy to meet customers at the coffee shop just around the corner. (They do the best cappucino in town.) We'll tell you where that is when you place your order.
